The purpose of the YTFOR platform is to mediate labor between companies.
Those who wish to hire or lease out labor must have an organization number, and a user profile must be created. This is done in just a few minutes.

By renting out your surplus staff during these times, you avoid possible redundancies and reduce the risk of people quitting permanently. By renting out here, you also reduce the risk of staffing too much labour.

What does it cost to hire out labour?
Only when a rental agreement is effected do we get paid. Those who rent IN pay only the stated hourly price, while those who rent OUT pay 5% of the agreed hourly price to us. Landlords therefore pay us a small share for us to find customers for them.
